RAN Sailing with tips about work and YouTube

Malin Löf and Johan Hammarlund are working as YouTubers while cruising their RAN around the world. But what consequences does that have for their cruising life? Is working while cruising giving an extra spice? Or is the cruising life now just another day in the office?

More and more cruisers are getting their income as IT-consultants, translators, designers, filmmakers and photographers. Work which can be done on-line from anywhere. We have been talking with Malin and Johan about the joys and difficulties of working while sailing. You will get a unique insight into how it is working from a boat. Malin and Johan are best known from the popular YouTube channel RAN Sailing. They have been full-time cruising since January 2016, where they left Sweden to sail in the Atlantic and Pacific. Every Friday a new episode from their adventure is released on YouTube and it is seen by hundred thousands of people.
